Welcome to Walletto2. This Privacy Policy explains how Veaceslav Cartera (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use the Walletto2 application and related services (collectively, the “Service”), available on iOS, Android, and the Web.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Walletto2 is operated by Veaceslav Cartera, based in the Republic of Moldova. Our processing of personal data is governed by the Law of the Republic of Moldova No. 133 on Personal Data Protection, as well as applicable provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where relevant.
We do not collect location data, biometric data, or any data from your device’s contacts, camera, or microphone. We do not link to or access your bank accounts, credit cards, or any external financial institutions.
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
All data is stored on our own self-hosted infrastructure located in the Republic of Moldova. We do not use third-party cloud hosting providers or external data processors for storing your personal data.
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), secure password hashing, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may disclose your information only in the following limited circumstances:
When you choose to sign in using Google, Apple, or other third-party authentication providers, those providers may share limited information with us (typically your name and email address) in accordance with their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party provider you use to sign in.
We do not receive or store your passwords from these third-party providers.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes or enforcing agreements).
Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot identify you may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes.

The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. Your data is stored and processed in the Republic of Moldova. If you access the Service from outside the Republic of Moldova, please be aware that your data may be transferred to and processed in the Republic of Moldova, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
